We offer the following ministries to serve the needs of children in our church family and our community:
A complete registration form is required for any child attending Sunday School, Children's Church and the Nursery. These forms provide important information to the church that allow us to better serve your needs and be a support for families in times of need. This form need only be completed once per child.
