Gingerbread House Party Potluck on December 15th. 

Galilee Children and Families! You are cordially invited to Galilee Children’s Ministry Gingerbread House Party on Friday, December 15 from 6-8pm. We will decorate gingerbread houses to kick off the Christmas season and share a potluck meal.

Please register by December 7th to reserve a gingerbread kit. Kits cost $5/each.

Youth Winter Retreat

reBOOT Winter Retreat 2018

What is reBOOT? 

reBOOT is a 2-night, 3-day winter retreat held at Skycroft Retreat Center, focused on spiritual growth and outreach.  Students and chaperones will be challenged and inspired by Bible study, worship, music, recreation, fellowship and circuit activities.  Students are welcome to invite friends to join us on this retreat. 

 
Registration
The following is required for registration:
 
Please complete all necessary paperwork and submit to Pam Bentley or the church office with payment. The retreat fee of $120 can be paid in cash or check (made payable to “Galilee UMC”), or pay on-line at www.galileeumc.org.  Click the “GIVE” tab, then choose “Youth reBOOT Retreat” as the designation.  Please indicate your child’s full name when paying on-line.

April 2018 Mission Trip to Sierra Leone

Interested in going overseas to be the hands and feet of Jesus? Help out our friends in Sierra Leone by going on mission to Mercy Hospital and the Child Rescue Center next April. Apply now. 

 

 


Youth Group: Every Sunday, 7-8:30pm

Galilee is the place to be for high school and middle schoolers on Sunday nights. Get the week off to a great start with fellowship, games, meaningful lessons, and real talk for teens.

Nothing prepares kids for the challenges of today like strong faith.

 


Loudoun Hunger Relief Fresh Food Initiative

Please return fresh food to Galilee on the last Sunday of the month (for example, October 29)

 


Backpack Buddies Packing Events

Volunteer in the Backpack Buddies pantry on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Join us as we prepare 400 meal packs a week. Bring your friends and family!

Groups, families, and individuals can sign-up to for scheduled packing sessions.
