Extreme Makeover, What Not to Wear, American Idol, and Biggest Loser are just a few shows that focus on personal makeovers. But these makeovers are often temporary and they are edited for the viewing audiences entertainment. Join us every other Thursday evening as we get real in a fake world through a Head-to-Soul Makeover.
