This advent our sermon series is called “God Works in Melodious Ways.” In a sense, we’re going to let our choir do the preaching, because we’re going to pay special attention to some of the uplifting hymns and carols sung at Christmas time. If you listen carefully to holiday music, you’ll find that there is more in it than frosty snowmen and red-nosed reindeer. There’s good theology, and insight into the nature of our creator God.
Galilee pastors Jason Duley and Matt Sergent will bring us the Good News message in distinctly musical form, with each sermon looking at a particular Christmas hymn:
