Galilee's 10+ Generosity Challenge

We are moving into a season of generosity. Don’t you notice how the broader culture leans into charity this time of year as Thanksgiving and Christmas approaches? It seems the world moves closer to where we’d like to always be, standing in a place of joyful giving.
 

I’d like to ask Galilee to take up this change of season with some real spirit. Will you participate in Galilee‘s 10+ Generosity Challenge?

I’m asking for you to consider giving 10% more than you are currently giving during this fall season. For example, if you are currently at a giving level of $1000 a year, then give $100 more than that this season.

If we rise to this generosity challenge, we will be able to fund our current ministry programs into the new year, reaching many more people with the message of hope!

That would be a good thing!

The tithe, or giving ten percent of your income, is frequently cited as the Biblical amount of “proper giving.” Not everybody does that, in fact far from it, though generosity does lead to surprising spiritual and emotional rewards.
