Galilee’s Trunk or Treat on October 27 was a super, spookful event. The weather was fine, the costumes were original and creative, and the parking lot was packed. The firefighters with Engine 624 estimated the crowd at over a thousand. 

We had a petting zoo, a bounce castle, and pumpkin bowling. We got our faces painted, roasted marshmallows, and danced to supremely well-DJ’ed Halloween tunes.

Kids yelled with delight as the candy cannon, manned by Jack Makowski, launched treats high into the air. Across the parking lot, a team of Minions hijacked the Youth Group bus and delivered sweets down a candy slide.

Truly, fun was had by all.
