On the first Sunday in June, we’ll begin our David worship series. Moving on from the Apostle Peter, we examine the life and lessons of another great hero of the faith. This one from the Old Testament.

It’s also Graduate Recognition Sunday. We’ve asked congregants to contact Lisa Collins if they know of any graduates and we’ll lift up all grads in our prayers. 

Finally, it’s the last Youth Group of the school year, which means Water Night! Youth and teens should show up at 6:30pm and bring a towel.

Sunday, June 11

We’ll commission our Costa Rica mission team on the second Sunday of June. They’ll be headed to Central America to build relationships with our mission partners in Carillos near San Jose as they aid in construction projects at the Palabra Vive Methodist Church.

June 18 is Father’s Day! Did you know that this holiday has a Methodist connection?  

We’ll lift up our dads on this special Sunday.

Sunday, June 25

After a fall and spring of training, we’re going to commission brand new Stephen Ministers at Galilee. Come greet the Stephen Minister Class of 2023. Also, think about getting involved in the ministry as a future volunteer or reflect if maybe you need a Stephen Minister to help you navigate some of the problems that come with life.
