Walk | Pray | Give is a Lenten initiative that invites us to recover a fuller vision of wellness. During these forty days, we commit to moving our bodies through simple daily walking, turning our hearts toward God in intentional prayer, and opening our hands in generosity toward others. Physical health and spiritual health are not rivals but companions, and true balance is found when our steps, our prayers, and our giving all serve the love of neighbor and the glory of God.

A calendar of prayer walk suggestions will help us train our hearts and bodies. Participating in a local 2k/5k walk on April 25 might serve as a worthy goal, but so too will giving generously to our annual Lenten Offering and preparing for meaningful worship in Holy Week and on Easter Sunday.
