Congratulations to Ruth and Leslie, winners of the fancy hat/bonnet competition at worship on May 10. We used to the occasion of Mother’s Day to lift up all women and look at the role of women in the Gospel.
Galilee Chapel is a full partner campus of Galilee Church meeting the needs of the residents of Lansdowne Woods.
The Chapel’s mission is to build a community of deeply committed Christians. Through this gathering of Christians, relationships are enriched and lives are transformed. We believe that the path to creating and sustaining this community is living and growing through an intentional spiritual journey that strives to grow into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

Weekly Activities @ Galilee Chapel
Sunday Worship – 11am in the Clubhouse Auditorium – The service includes a sermon, readings, prayers, and hymns. Music by both Laura Nickle and the Chapel Choir directed by Jean Goldsby.
Mon – Chapel Prayer Group – 9am Monday in the Chapel
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 1pm-4pm Chapel Office hours – Come and meet Pastor Steven for prayer or community/personal concerns
Weds – Chapel Chimers – Practice at 5:45pm Wednesday in Music Room
Fri – Chapel Choir – Practice at 10am Fridays in Music Room
The Chapel worships with word and song.
This choir is a great way to participate at the Chapel! Join us – you are never too old! Remember: 20 percent of kids learn to sing or play music. 70 percent of adults wish they had.
